Mentoring is an effective means of strengthening and supporting leaders in your community.
Mentoring is focused on the specific leadership priorities relevant to each leader, regardless of where they are on their leadership journey. Mentoring is also able to meet the current needs and goals of their organisation. It creates an enduring connection over an extended period of time, allowing learning and change to be put into practice and consolidated within their organisation.
Mentoring is effective for all community leaders, volunteer or paid, organisational leaders, governance leaders, senior leaders, programme and project leaders.
Our programmes have been developed for the community sector and are run as a partnership with delivery led by partner organisations. This means that each programme can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the partner community.

Our framework and resources have been refined over the past four years with over 180 mentees and 100 mentors.
Training & Resources

We've developed an orientation for mentors and mentees that prepares them to make the most of their mentoring experience.

Our team supports you as the Community Partner throughout the entire programme period - from design through to evaluation.
We also connect you with other Community Partners across Aotearoa to enable shared learnings and stronger sector relationships.
Programme Evaluation & Benchmarking
We provide a multi-faceted evaluation process that enables you to understand and report on the outcomes of your programme.
Learnings from each programme are reviewed and analysed to ensure we are continuously refining our framework to meet the needs of leaders across Aotearoa.
