Community Leadership Mentoring Programmes
If you're in community leadership role, mentoring may be exactly what you need to become a more effective leader - helping you navigate your role, and become more confident, capable and connected.
The six-month mentoring programme supports community leaders through focused one-to-one mentoring relationships. You'll be connected to a mentor with relevant experience, and be able to work on the goals most important to you - be that addressing challenges or taking up opportunities, improving your effectiveness, increasing confidence, growing your capability, and/or creating connection to peers within your community.
Designed specifically for community leaders in Aotearoa, volunteer and paid - in operational or governance roles.
