The six-month programme is aimed at supporting community leaders through focused mentoring relationships. The programme will connect you to a mentor with relevant experience, who can help you improve your effectiveness, through increased confidence, capability and connection to peers within your community.
Designed specifically for community leaders in Aotearoa - organisational leaders, senior leaders, governance leaders, senior project and programme leaders.
Community Governance Mentoring Programmes
The Governance Mentoring Programme is a six-month mentoring programme, aimed at supporting leaders in governance roles of community organisations through focused mentoring relationships.
The programme is a Community Governance Aotearoa initiative, delivered by the Mentoring Foundation of NZ.
If you are in a community governance role, this programme will connect you to a mentor with relevant experience, who can help you improve your effectiveness in governance, through increased confidence, capability and connection to peers within your community.
No one knows a community like the community itself. Bespoke programmes use the Mentoring Foundation programme as a base plate and are designed with community to meet the specific needs of that community.
