Community Leadership Mentoring

Mentoring Foundation supports community sector leadership through mentoring.

We work with community partners to provide community leadership mentoring programmes throughout Aotearoa. Our programmes strengthen communities and help community sector leaders make positive change at a local level.

Our programmes support leaders' development and impact through focused mentoring relationships. They build capability, confidence, connection and effectiveness, with positive outcomes for community organisations and their mahi.

Better supported community leaders means better outcomes for communities and the people within them.
