This programme is open to Community Leaders in paid or volunteer roles who are looking for support and leadership.
Leading in a community organisation comes with unique challenges, and the support you need isn't always right on your doorstep.
Whether you are a Senior Leader, an Emergent Leader, or a Board Chair within a grassroots organisation, we are excited to invite you to join the Stronger Together Online Mentoring Programme - Connecting community leaders to the support they need, wherever they are.
This is a flexible, online mentoring experience designed to help you grow your leadership resilience, expand your impact, and strengthen your community connections, all from the comfort of your own space.

While this programme is open to all, we will be prioritising provincial and rural leaders, or those who may find it difficult to access traditional development opportunities.

Submit your application to join the programme before the deadline. Our Coordinator will talk with you about your "why" and what you hope to achieve. Use our provided tools to establish your initial development priorities.
Once matched with a carefully chosen mentor, you'll complete your programme orientation and begin your six-month journey.
